You'll come back swinging better. That part is taken care of. What we promise — beyond the obvious — is the rare quality of being unhurried. No tee-time pressure. No phones at the table. Just the kind of stillness that lets a real lesson land.
A representative day. Nothing is mandatory after the morning session — most of the schedule is the kind of structure you can ignore on purpose.
A Jack Nicklaus signature course tucked into the lower Hudson Valley, an hour from the city. Cabins sit a short walk from the first tee, looking down on the lake. We close the course to other play during retreat hours — it's yours, end to end.
Twelve years coaching adult beginners, juniors, and professionals. Founded Green Apple in 2018. Teaches the way she wishes she'd been taught — patiently, in plain language, and only when the player is ready to hear it.
Hudson Valley-based teacher. Vinyasa in the morning, twenty minutes of stillness at night. Holds the room with no notes and a great deal of kindness.
Three meals a day for the week, drawn from regional farms and the chef's very specific opinions. Wine pairings Thursday and Saturday. Dietary needs handled in advance.
Closed to other play during retreat hours. Cabins are serviced daily; the lodge bar opens an hour before dinner. Dogs welcome with notice.
